Tuesday I had an appointment with Cori, she said Iam doing well. She check my body fat and it was down 3%, which is great news for me. Hope everyone else had good news as well. So after that I went and picked my wife up and headed to dinner at Cabanas. Had another great low cal. meal. Saw Dave Dawson from our group and also Laura ,they were both having dinner also. It was a nice to see some people that I know taking advantage of our free meals. Hope everyone else is too.   Talk more later......Tim

Just got back from weighting in at Lean Living, good news for me. Ive been really working out hard at the Perry Fitness Center and its paying off, down about 19.5 lbs. Now to start working towards our next weight in. All for now ......Tim

Just got back from dinner at Cabanas, had another great meal. Had the salmon again, only about 500 cal., very good.

Had a good work out this morning to make room for the meal. Looking forward to this week-ends weight-in. Hope I do well been working hard . Lets see what the scale has to say. Since its only Tuesday I have 4 more days to lose another lb. or so.

OK, I think everything is working like it should be. What a problem I had setting this blog up. I had my granddaughter help me a couple times, now I think were good to go.  I know Laura started getting a little hot with me, but me and a computer dont like each other. I guess its to many years in a factory and to many years away from school.

Back to the contest everything is going good I joined Perry Fitness Center and have been going 3 to 4 days a week. watching what I eat. Been doing the Weight Watchers. Which is counting everything Iam eating.    More later.
